The Aspire P-16 Collaborative is a “network of networks” capable of convening, linking, and coordinating groups; aligning systems; scanning to identify emerging challenges and bringing resources to bear to resolve them; and improving coordination to improve access and ensure that resources are provided to learners when they are needed. Aspire ties the improvement of education with economic development to ensure an improved quality of life for the entire county.
